Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

SMS Messaging Terms

Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (571) 458-1008. After you send the SMS message "STOP," we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages again.

Getting Help: If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact us directly at (571) 458-1008 or janine@handoverknotmassage.com.

Additional SMS terms:

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and opted-in preferences.
If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

By booking an appointment with Hand Over Knot Massage, you agree to the following:

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate conduct.
All services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Hand Over Knot Massage maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for solicitations or inappropriate behavior of any kind. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the session, full charge for the appointment, and a permanent ban from our studio. We take the safety and comfort of our therapists and clients seriously.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash, processed through Square. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

Hand Over Knot Massage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, allergies, or contraindications prior to their session. We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Website Use

The content on this website is for general information purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
