Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. We'll have a brief intake form to fill out covering any health conditions, areas of focus, and pressure preferences. After that, you have time to settle in.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand things happen — just communicate with us as early as you can.

Swedish is flowing, full-body, focused on relaxation and circulation. Deep Tissue uses sustained pressure for chronic tension and recovery work. Combo blends both — your therapist adjusts in real time based on your body's needs that session.

Smooth, heated basalt stones are added to any Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Combo session (+$20). The heat penetrates deep into muscle tissue, improving circulation and allowing for deeper work with less discomfort — particularly effective for chronic tightness. You can add it at booking.

We offer three enhancements: Aromatherapy (+$10), Hot Stone Add-On to any session (+$20), and Assisted Stretch (+$20). These can be added to any service when booking. Ask your therapist for a recommendation based on your goals.

It's possible, especially if we worked through chronic tension. Mild soreness 24–48 hours after a deep tissue session is normal. Drink plenty of water and take it easy — it should resolve quickly.

Master Therapist tier is our senior practitioner pricing. Junior Therapist tier is our newer-to-the-practice pricing. Both are fully licensed and trained — the tier reflects experience level. Both deliver excellent work; choose what fits your needs and budget.

Not at the moment. We focus on per-session bookings without lock-ins. If you become a regular, we'll work with you on consistent scheduling without pushing membership commitments.

Yes, gratuity is appreciated and goes directly to your therapist. Square handles tips at checkout — you can add to a card or pay separately in cash.

Whatever's comfortable to and from the studio. During the session, you'll undress to your comfort level under a sheet. Most clients leave underwear on; some prefer none. Either is fine — you're always covered except for the area being worked on.

Not currently. Massage therapy is paid out-of-pocket, processed through Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

We don't have a shower on-site. Most clients come straight from work or home and head home after — the oils used absorb into the skin. If you have an event after, we recommend wiping down before leaving with the towels we provide.
